In February, It's springtime.
Soft playful winds are lit
By beautiful golden sunshine.
A 1000 splendid flowers bloom
To woo birds so cheery & fine.
A budding love reaches full bloom
As two beautiful souls unite
The whole universe applauds
As heaven(Saket) finds infinite light(Anisha).

Saket and Anisha’s whirlwind romance began a few springs ago. If one didn’t know better, one would assume that with such an extraordinarily goodlooking couple like that, it was nothing but a spring fling.

However, the budding love turned full bloom and they chose to comsummate the same, quite aptly with a spring wedding.

For the wedding invitation, we opted for soft pastel shades featuring intricate flora motifs and bright leafy patterns along the borders- spring clearly on our minds with every pixel that we pushed.

The wedding reception was to be held 2 weeks after the wedding on a breezy night with a lavish 21 set orchestra, drinks and dinner. So we opted for an opulent foliage motif in a dark background, creating anticipation for a luxuriant spring evening.

We encased the card in a sublime-toned box with bespoke spring-themed poetry (written above) to set the tone further for theĀ  spring-summer themed treats in them. The wedding couple was embodied in the form of 2 spring lovebirds facing each other amidst a beautiful spring-themedĀ  background featuring a riot of colours- in the wrap that encased the invitation inserts.

We love wedding invites that are beautiful inside-out, front & back! So for Saket & Anisha’s invite we used the back of each insert as a beautiful extension of the playful borders out front. We were delightedly informed later that quite a few of the guests repurposed the back of the cards as coasters whilst others into picture frames!
