With a strong footing across various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon as well as its homegrown e-commerce store, it stocks and ships every product imaginable in the baby-care and maternity category across 100+ brands including its own massively popular – Mee Mee.

Traditionally, Me n Moms have steered away from email marketing campaigns, as these haven’t performed too well for them in the past. However, that was with a different partner. We had been persuading them to try it with us for a while and finally, last Christmas they were ready to take the plunge to amplify their Christmas sale and promotions with a stunning Christmas-themed email marketing campaign.

Results?
The twin X’ mas themed emails that we crafted were sent to 10k leads. Our average open rate was a whopping 65% (Staggeringly high considering that the industry average is less than 1/3rd of that. Also most marketing emails land in the promotions inbox, which quite often, users don’t even open.) But the most important metric- the average click-through rate that took them to the landing page was well over a whopping 75%!

The most significant consequence of this event? It convinced our good clients to pursue email marketing as an integral part of their marketing mix as opposed to a one-off exercise.
